David Randall Culler, 73, of Mt. Pleasant, passed away, Thursday, April 1, 2021 in Acuity Specialty Hospital, Weirton.  He was born in Weirton, WV on January 4, 1948 a son of the late, Robert W. and Cora E. (Dennis) Culler.

Dave is survived by his wife, Sallie (Hertler) Culler; a son, Jay Culler; a daughter, Noel (Bruno) DeCaria; 2 stepdaughters, Tracy (Rick) Heath and Teri Emery; a brother, Wayne (Juanita) Culler; 7 grandchildren; 1 great grandson and his beloved dog, Charlie.

Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic all services will be private.  Arrangements entrusted to Wilson Funeral Home, 154 Second St., Dillonvale.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the donor's local food bank in his memory.
