David Lewis George, 75 of Bridgeport passed away Wednesday, March 27, 2024, at Wheeling Hospital.  He was born October 27, 1948, in Wheeling, WV the son of the late William and Mary (Kowalski) George.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Mark George.

David was a retired restaurateur and bar owner.  He was a member of St. Anthony Of Padua Catholic Church in Bridgeport.

Surviving are his daughter Stacy McKinley, brother, Ronald George, grandchildren, Jake Erica and Alex McKinley, greatgrandchildren, Lea, and Harley Briggs

In keeping with his wishes there will be no public visitation and all services will be held at the convenience of the family.

Wilson Funeral Home, 920 National Rd., Brookside, OH is assisting the family.  Friends and family are invited to a celebration of life for Dave on Friday April 5, 2024, from 3-5 at Johnny's Bar 308 Main St. Bridgeport, Ohio 43912.
