David A. Hall, Sr., 64, of Washington Ave., Wheeling, WV, after a lengthy illness, went to be with the Lord, Sun., Mar. 13, 2005, at his home surrounded by loved ones. He was born Feb. 19, 1941 in Lansing, OH a son of the late William G. and Helen A. (Hadsell) Hall, Jr. He was formerly with the Bayer Corp., and attended the Vineyard Christian Fellowship of Wheeling.. Dave was a veteran of the U.S. Army. Surviving are his wife of forty years Judith A."Judy" (McDonald) Hall, two sons David A. (Hida) Hall, Jr. of Brunswick, OH, and R. Justin Hall of Wheeling, two daughters Natalie (David) Perko of Houston, TX, and Gretchen Hall of Wheeling, a brother William K. (Stephanie) Hall of Wheeling, a sister Mary Catherine (Carl) Beigie, of Niagra on the Lake, Canada, three grandchildren Adam, Helen, and Seth Perko, and the family's dog "Katie". Friends will be received Thursday 2-4 & 6-8 PM at the Heslop Funeral Home, Walnut at Fifth, Martins Ferry, OH where services will be held Fri., Mar. 18, 2005 at 1:00 PM with Pastor John Rasz officiating. Burial follows in Linwood Cemetery, Blaine, OH. Belmont Co. Council of the V.F. W. will conduct military rites at the funeral home prior to services.
