DAVID M. VAN HORN David M. Van Horn, 55, of Barnesville, Ohio died Friday, August 16, 2013 at Southeastern Ohio Regional Medical Center in Cambridge, Ohio. He was born September 28, 1957 in Barnesville, Ohio, son of Harry W. Van Horn and the late Mary G. Anderson Van Horn. David was a great outdoors man, enjoying hunting and fishing. In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by his brother, John Van Horn. David is survived by sisters, Mary Jane Farbee of Somerton, Ohio and Tina Willis of Cadiz, Ohio; brothers, Harry Van Horn, Jr. and Eric Van Horn both of Barnesville, Ohio; numerous nieces and nephews. At David's request, his service and interment will be private and at the convenience of his family.
