David A. Horne Sr., 75, of Martins Ferry, OH passed away January 8, 2017 at his home. He was born March 24, 1941, in Wheeling, WV, a son of the late William and Mary K.(McGinnis) Horne. David was a retired truck driver, self-taught artist, a member of the Ohio Valley Street Survivors, and a U.S. Navy Veteran. He is survived by his wife, Cheryl (Hood) Horne; children, David (Becky) Horne Jr. of Martins Ferry, OH, Gail (Robert) Mann of Barton, OH, Scott (Missy) Horne of St. Clairsville, OH, Brian (Teasha) Horne of Centerville, OH and their mother, Barbara; Tina (Bill) Fedorko of Elm Grove, WV, Tammy (Adam) Mitchell of Colerain, OH, and Jay Delbrugge of Martins Ferry, OH; 12 grandchildren; and 6 great-grandchildren. Friends will be received Wednesday, January 11, from 2-8pm at Wilson Funeral Home, 920 National Road, Bridgeport, OH 43912, where funeral services will be held on Thursday at 11a.m. with Elder Adam Mitchell officiating.
