David Jasko, 67, of Bridgeport, Ohio, passed Monday March 12, 2012, surrounded by his loving family, at Wheeling Hospital. He was born in Wheeling, W.Va., on September 27, 1944, a son of the late Nicholas and Frances Antosh Jasko. David was a former employee of Weirton Steel and currently worked with McKeen Security at the 12th Street Garage. He was an avid fisherman and a dedicated U. S. Army Vietnam Veteran. David is survived by his loving wife Leslie Jean Butler Roberts Jasko; sons: Aaron (Jennifer) Jasko of Mozart, W.Va., Brian (Melissa) Jasko of Weirton, W.Va., a brother: Nick (Linda) Jasko of Bethlehem, W.Va., two sisters: Dorothy (Jim) Wright of Mozart, Barbara (Paul) Fisher of Largo, Fla., stepsons: Timothy (Teresa) Roberts of Columbus, Ohio, Kevin Roberts of Brookside, Robbie (Mylissa) Roberts of St. Clairsville; brother-in-law Pat Butler of Wheeling, daughter-in-law Kim Roberts of Moundsville, W.Va.; grandchildren: Tyler, Kayleigh, Gavyn, Zachary, Danielle Roberts; Brianna, Teresa, Taylor, Benjamin, Mira Jasko; numerous nieces, nephews and his two loving dogs, Muffin and Peppe. Friends will be received Thursday 4-8 p.m. at Wilson Funeral Home, 920 National Road, Brookside, Ohio, where services will be held Friday at 11:00 a.m. on March 16, 2012, with Rev. James Hoff, officiating. Military Honors provided by VFW Belmont County Honor Guard at the funeral home at 10:45 a.m. Interment will be private.
