David W. Morgan, Jr., 76, formerly of Colerain, OH, passed away Friday, March 6, 2020 at The Ashford on Broad, Columbus, OH, after a courageous battle with Dementia/Alzheimer's with his family by his side.

He was born December 15, 1943 in McKeesport, PA, a son of the late David W. and Viola (Gardner) Morgan.

David worked for UPS for twenty plus years as a driver and hub manager. He then worked for Safety-Kleen for 17 years as a dock manager and finally retired after seven years with Advanced Auto Parts.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by the love of his life, his wife of 41 years, Patricia Kay "Patty" (DuJardin) Morgan.

Surviving are his children: Kim S. (Donny) Warren of Blacklick, OH, David W. (Lori) Morgan, III of Pickerington, OH and Dennis W. (Patricia) Morgan of Lancaster, OH and Terry Warren of Blacklick, OH, who was like a daughter to David, his sisters: Sandra Morgan and Diane Hernishin of PA and grandchildren: Lindsay (Keith) Adams, Luke (Amy) Warren, Coty, Collin, Hunter, Hannah, and Hayden Morgan and Shannon Davis and great grandchildren: Isaac and Eli Warren and Wesley Adams.

Family and friends will be received at Heslop Funeral Home, 415 Walnut St., Martins Ferry, OH, Saturday, March 14, 2020, from 9 a.m. until time of the Funeral Service at 11:30 a.m. with Rev. William O. Webster officiating. Burial follows in Holly Memorial Gardens, Pleasant Grove, OH.
