David Rudy Novak, 68, of Tiltonsville, OH, passed Wednesday May 11, 2016 at Forest Hill Care Center. He was born in Wheeling, WV, on July 21, 1947, a son of the late Rudy and Mary Jane Louda Novak. Dave was a retired employee of Wheeling Pittsburgh Steel and Severstal Wheeling, and a Presbyterian by faith. Dave is survived by his loving wife Donna Lynn Ullom Novak, a sister Linda (Randy) Yanda, a daughter Lori (Todd) Kelly, a son Greg (Kelly) Novak; stepson Sgt. Chad (Jen) Vollmer; grandchildren: Drake Novak, Lance Novak, Kasey Novak, James Blazy, Jack Kelly; Step-grandchildren: Jared Perchinske, and Julia Reid. Friends will be received Sunday 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Wilson Funeral Home, 102 Main Street, Tiltonsville, OH, where services will be held Sunday May 15, 2016 at 7:30 p.m. with Rev.
