David Allen Weekley, 65, of Lansing, passed away Friday, May 3, 2024, in Ruby Memorial Hospital, Morgantown. He was born on July 27, 1958, in Wheeling, a son of Ernestine (Stullenberg) Snodgrass and the late Wayne Weekley. Dave served his country in the United States Army, was a member of the Lansing Sportsmen's Club, the Foresters, and the VFW. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping and was an avid outdoorsman and Kansas City Chiefs fan.

He is survived by his loving wife of 28 years, Laura (Heath) Weekley; children, Jaimmee, Jeannie, Jesi, Jeni, Josh, Tristan (Krissanna) Weekley; siblings, Michael (Tami) Greco, John (Francine) Greco, Danny Greco, Jeanette (Chuck) Melko, Peggy (Ed) Kozora, Diana Sinclair, and Erin Clark; twelve grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

Dave was preceded in death by his father; a stepfather, Ken Snodgrass; and two brothers, Mark Weekley and Richard Snodgrass.

A Celebration of Life service will be held from 2-6 pm Sunday, June 2, 2024, at the Bridgeport Forester's Club, 55939 W. 2nd St., Bridgeport. Full Military Honors will be performed at 2 pm by the Belmont County Veterans Association.  Arrangements are entrusted to Wilson Funeral Home, 920 National Rd., Brookside.
