Dawn Michele Beranek, 48, of Dennison, passed away Monday, December 13, 2021, in Aultman Hospital.  She was born on April 2, 1973, in Bellaire a daughter of Debra (Battlochi) Beranek and the late Carl T. Beranek Sr.

She was a Nurse Practitioner at Matrix Medical LLC., and Methodist by faith.  Dawn attended OSU for 2 years, earned an Associate in Nursing from Belmont Technical College, A Bachelor of Nursing Degree from Kent State and a Master of Nursing Degree from Malone College.

Dawn is survived by her mother, Debra Beranek; a brother, Carl T. (Sara) Beranek, 2 special nephews, Thomas and Kyle Beranek all of Dillonvale and 2 special Fur Babies, Gizmo and Cody.

She was preceded in death by her father, Carl T. Beranek Sr.

Friends may call Sunday from 1-6 pm in the Wilson Funeral Home, 154 Second St., Dillonvale.  Funeral Services will be held at 6 pm in the funeral home with Msgr. John Kolesar and Reverend James Hoff officiating.
