Deb Jo (Bugaj) Bennington, 61, of Lansing, Ohio, passed Monday November 9, 2015 at Valley Hospice South, Liza's Place. She was born in Wheeling, WV on December 22, 1953, a daughter of the late Stanley "Stumpy" and Josephine "Babe" Bugaj. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband Mark "Mole" Bennington; an Aunt Helen Duda and an Uncle Paul P. Duda. Deb was formerly a Nurse with Bellaire City Hospital and a Catholic by faith. Deb is survived by a daughter Bree Mikel Bennington - McCormick, and a granddaughter Markiee Nevaeh McCormick. Friends will be received Wednesday November 11, 2015 from 2:00 p.m. until the time of service at 5:00 p.m. at Wilson Funeral Home, 920 National Road, Brookside, OH. Interment will be private.
