NEWMAN, Deborah Ann McCombs, 55, of Bellaire, Ohio, died Sunday October 16, 2011 at Ohio Valley Medical Center in Wheeling, W.Va. surrounded by her loving husband and friends. She was born March 17, 1956, the daughter of the late Robert L. and Patricia Ann Hadorn McCombs. She is survived by her husband Martin Newman and her three Bearded Collies Ashley, Andy, and Pogo. She was a former bookkeeper at McCombs Auto Service, Wheeling and her passion was to rescue dogs.
