Deborah Ann Wright, 71, of Bridgeport, passed away Thursday, August 4, 2022, in Wheeling Hospital. She was born on September 14, 1950, in Martins Ferry a daughter of Anna McLaughlin and the late Henry Minet. She retired from The Ohio State University.

Deborah is survived by two children, Michelle Scott, and Garey (Dawn) Scott Jr.; a sister, Bernadette McLaughlin (David Lucas); six grandchildren and three great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her father; her first husband, Garey Scott Sr. and her second husband Clarence Wright.

Private services will be held at the convenience of the family. Arrangement entrusted to the Wilson Funeral Home, Heslop Chapel, 415 Walnut St., Martins Ferry, OH.
