Deborah Kay Tullis, 73, of Zolfo Springs, Florida passed away at Reynolds Memorial Hospital on June 13, 2026. She was born in Bellaire, Ohio on September 23, 1952 to the late Jack and Cora (Dingey) Jeffries.

Deb was a homemaker and mother and then went to college to become an LPN. She worked in several nursing homes and really enjoyed working with the elderly. She lived in the Ohio Valley for most of her life before moving to Florida around 20 years ago. She enjoyed golfing with her girlfriends. She had a passion for growing flowers especially the Orchid. She loved spending time with her family.

Left to cherish her memories are her husband of 54 years, Earl Tullis; son, Kenneth (Crystal) Tullis; grandchildren, Brandon Tullis, Seth Tullis, Stephanie Tullis; great-granddaughter, Charlotte Tullis.

All services are private. Inurnment at the Sarasota National Cemetery will take place at a later date. Wilson Funeral Home, 920 National Road, Bridgeport, Ohio 43912 is honored to assist the family.
