Debra Anne Beltz 50, of Wheeling W.Va. died Saturday January 23, 2010, at Wheeling Hospital; she was born April 11, 1959 in Wheeling, a daughter of Carol (Baker) Beltz of Lansing and the late Lawrence Beltz. Debbie was a long time resident of the Ritz Avenue Group Home in Warwood, whose wonderful staff lovingly cared for her for many years. She was also a catholic by faith. In addition to her mother Debbie is survived by her brother Tim (Sondra) Beltz of Glenwood Md., and her sister Cindy (Mark) Fischer of Bridgeport, two nieces Shayna and Mallory Fischer. Private services and interment will be held at the convenience of the family, interment in Linwood cemetery Blaine.
