Delbert W. "Petie" Finney III 37, of Bethesda formally of Martins Ferry, died September 25, 2011 in Barnesville. He was born April 3 1974 in Bellaire, a son of Delbert W. Finney Jr. of Martins Ferry, and Rebecca "Becky' (Jones) Burdine of Glencoe. He was an employee of All Around Gutters in Neff's. He was preceded in death by his Maternal Grandparents Thomas and Norma Piper Jones. In addition to his mother and father Petie is survived by his wife Monica (White) Finney III, his Step-Father Robert "Bud" Burdine Jr., four sisters; Wendy Finney Ferguson of Glencoe, Becky Burdine (Donald) Russell of St. Clairsville, and Dallas Finney of Martins Ferry, and Nichole Finney of Martins Ferry, a brother; Robert "Buddy" (Brandy) Burdine III of Glencoe, his in-laws Harold and Ildiko (Vita) White of Bethesda, paternal grandparents Delbert and Clara Chalfante Finney Sr. of Martins Ferry, sister-in-laws; Victoria (Terry) Cline of Waynesburg Pa. and Katina (Chris) Emory of Bethesda, a nephew; William Ferguson, three nieces Caitlin Ferguson, Makenna and Morganne Emory. A memorial service will be held at Barnesville Memorial Park Barnesville Ohio on Saturday October 8, 2011 at 1 pm with the Rev.
