Dell L. 'Buzzy' Mann, 76, of Bethesda, OH,  passed away at Wheeling Hospital on Friday March 18, 2022.  He was born March 11, 1946, in Bethesda, the son of the late Harold Joseph and Loretta Madline.

He was motorcycle enthusiast and his family has many fond memories of him on his motorcycles.  Buzzy also loved dancing and playing cards.

Buzzy is survived by the love of his life, Janet Rinkes; sister Ruthann White; sons Steve (Bobbi Jo) Billetter, Doug (April V.) Mann and daughter Brandie Valkovic; grandchildren Mike, Joe, Jessica, Jennifer, Clayton, his 'Ride or Die', Josephine and great grandchildren.

Friends may call Tuesday, March 22 from 5-8 pm at the Wilson Funeral Home – Bethesda Chapel, 322 N. Main Street, Bethesda, OH and Wednesday March 23 from 11 am until the time of funeral service at 1 pm.  Pastor Brian Bee officiating.  Burial will be held Wednesday at Ebenezer Cemetery, Bethesda.
