Delores H. (Fry) Calloway, 62, of Cromwell St., Wheeling, WV, formerly of Martins Ferry, OH died Sunday, Mar. 23, 2008 at Heartland Lansing Nursing Home, Bridgeport, OH. She was born July 17, 1945 in Martins Ferry a daughter of the late William A. and Helen (Bruzda) Fry. Delores was a member of the Apostolic Faith Temple of Martins Ferry. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by two sisters Mary Brown and Anna Mae Lannum. Surviving are her husband Charles Calloway, three sons; Jeff (Edie) Rice of St. Clairsville, George (Jenny) Rice of Anniston, AL, and Jason (Melissa) Rice of Martins Ferry, five daughters; Jamie (Samuel) Zavatsky, Lisa Johnson, Penny (Ronald) Rodgers, and Helen (Craig) Ecker all of Martins Ferry, and Freda Plummer of Wheeling, three brothers Pat (Maryanne) Fry of St. Clairsville, and John (Rose) Fry of Rayland, and Timothy (Pam) Fry of Dayton, OH, a sister Evelyn (Dale) Proctor of Colerain, OH, 18 grandchildren, and one great grandchild. Family and friends will be received Tuesday 2-4 and 6-8 pm at the Heslop Funeral Home, Walnut at Fifth, Martins Ferry, OH where services will be held Wednesday, Mar. 26, 2008 at 1:00 pm with Elder Thomas Martin officiating. Burial follows in Holly Memorial Gardens, Pleasant Grove, OH. The family request no flowers. Memorial contributions may be made to the Delores H.
