Dencil Everette Legg Jr., 67, of Belmont, Ohio passed away at his home on March 11, 2023.  Dencil was born on November 11, 1955 to the late Dencil Everett Legg Sr. and Jackie Icy (Martin) Legg.

Dencil was a unique, eccentric man who had nicknames for all his grandchildren.  He served in the Army and loved all things America.  He was a WVU superfan and a truck driver.  He often watched Bob Ross and enjoyed painting pictures with the Love of his life, Jama.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Sandra Ellen.

Left to cherish his memory are his wife, Jama Legg; children, Dencil Everett Legg III (United States Air Force, Minot, ND), Ethan (Tonia) McMahon of USS Dwight Eisenhower, Tyler (Samantha) McMahon, Wessley (Katie) McMahon, Melissa (Dan) Jennings; grandchildren, Opal, Sarah, Ambia, Aslyn, Eva, Liesl, Zia, Derek, Ben, Mia, Dominic, Avery; and siblings, Mickey, Geri, and Diana.

All services are private and held at the convenience of the family.  Wilson Funeral Home, Bethesda Chapel, 322 North Main St., Bethesda, Ohio 43719 is assisting the family.
