DEVAN CANDRA JAMISON VAN HORN Infant daughter of Wade and Sandra Van Horn of Belmont, Ohio, went to be with the angels on November 3, 2011. She was born at East Ohio Regional Hospital on November 3, 2011. Devan was preceded in death by her grandfather, John Van Horn and her great-grandmother, Sara Schlanz, both of Bethesda, Ohio; and her grandfather, Roger Jamison of Cleveland, Ohio. She is survived by grandmother, Sheila Van Horn (Frank Jeffers) of Bethesda, Ohio; grandmother, Georgia Jamison of Cleveland, Ohio; and great-grandmother, Mary Van horn of Quaker City, Ohio. Devan is also survived by brother, Caleb Sines of Beallsville, Ohio; and sisters, Cassie Killingsworth and Sidney Van Horn, both of Beallsville, Ohio,. Her extended family includes her aunts, Crystal Owens of Belmont, Ohio, Nicole McCullum of Bethesda, Ohio, Samantha Toler, Kim Summers, and Melissa Jamison, all of Cleveland, Ohio; her uncles, Jay Van Horn of Bethesda, Ohio, John Jamison and Robert Jamison, both of Cleveland, Ohio, and Roger Jamison of Wadsworth, Ohio; and her great-uncles, aunts, and many cousins, who will miss her. Graveside services will be held Monday, November 7, at 11 a.m., Ebenezer Cemetery, Bethesda, Ohio. Reverend John Jackson officiating. Arrangements entrusted to: Kelly-Kemp-Braido Funeral home, 322 N.
