Diamond R. Bell, 26, of Martins Ferry, OH, died Friday, October 9, 2020 at Alleghany General Hospital, Pittsburgh, PA. She was born October 19, 1993 a daughter of Thomas Bell and the late Rose Lee (Montgomery) Bell. She was also preceded in death by her grandmother, Anna L. Twardoski.

She is survived by her father, Thomas Bell, children: Isaiah Fuller and Lilly Rose Bell, her sister, Crystal Michelle Bell, her brother, Ace Montgomery, and her grandfather Al Twardoski.

Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
