Diana K. (Gosney) McGlaughlin, 62, of Eagle, ID , formerly of Wheeling, WV and Martins Ferry, OH died Thursday, Sept. 24, 2009 after a lengthily illness at the Life Care Center in Boise, ID. She was born Jan. 16, 1947 in Martins Ferry a daughter of the late Robert and Kathryn (Paul) Gosney. Diana was a retired school teacher with 24 years service with the Marshall County School District. Surviving are her three adopted children Adam, Donald and Peggy Hanstein, a brother Robert F. Gosney of Boise, ID, a sister Betty (Harry) Dittman of Eagle, ID, a niece Kathy (Richie) Thompson and their children Ryan and Ashley. Friends will be received Thursday 7-9 pm at the Heslop Funeral Home, Walnut at Fifth, Martins Ferry where services will be held, Friday, October 2, 2009 at 10 a.m. with Pastor Sharon Van Dam officiating.
