Dolores J. Howard 77 of Rayland died Friday June 18, 2010 at East Ohio Regional Hospital in Martins Ferry. She was born November 16, 1932 in Wheeling WV, a daughter of the late Anthony Kolakowski. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband George W. Howard in 1983. Dolores was a member of Glenn Robbins Presbyterian Church and a retired employee of East Ohio Regional Hospital. Surviving are her mother Catherine (Eisenhower) Kolakowski of Wheeling, four sons George of Martins Ferry, Anthony (Cindy) of Rayland, Ronald (Tammy) of Kilgore, and David of Van Wert, three daughters Debra Starr of Rayland, Catherine Clifton (Gary) of Indian Lake, and Vicki Caplinger of Rayland, two brothers Anthony Kolakowski (Jenny) of Ind., Joseph Kolakowski (Dee) of Wheeling, one sister Anne Marie Lawther (Dennis) of Wheeling, 15 grandchildren, 28 great grandchildren, 3 great great grandchildren.
