Donald L. Baker, 62, of St. Clairsville, OH, died Sunday, July 6, 2014 at Wheeling Hospital, Wheeling, WV. He was born May 12, 1952 in Bellaire, OH a son of the late Harry "Bill" and Kathryn (Babich) Baker. He retired from McElroy Mine. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife Dee Baker. Surviving are his brothers; Monty (Mary Jo) Baker of Martins Ferry and Rickey (Lynn) Baker of Powhatan, OH and his sister Luanne (Terry) Spigarelli of Bellaire, OH.
