BENLINE, Donald ""Pete"", 56, recently of Bellaire, Ohio, died Friday October 16, 2009 at home. He was born in Martins Ferry, Ohio on December 3, 1952, a son of the late Frank and Lucille Schramm Benline. Pete was a U.S. Army Veteran; a former employee of United Dairy, Martins Ferry, an avid fisherman and a member of the Brown's Backers. He is survived by his loving wife of 35 years, Jo Anne Bettem Benline; a son: John William Benline and his wife Lenoira; two daughters: Tammy Jo Meddles and her husband Mark; and Dawn Anne Bonfini and her husband Jody, all of Bellaire; a brother: Albert ""Leo"" Benline and his wife Brenda of Martins Ferry; and a sister-in-law, Melody Bettem of Bellaire; five grandchildren: Dustin and Kaitey Meddles, Jeffrey Simpson, Joseph and Antonio Bonfini. Friends will be received Sunday 2-8 p.m. at the Wilson Funeral Home, 920 National Road, Brookside, Ohio where services will be held Monday October 19, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. with Monsignor Gene Mullett, officiating.
