Donald Cawthorne, 80, of Rayland, OH, died Thursday, December 14, 2017 at Dixon's Health Care Center in Wintersville. He was born September 5, 1937, in Wellsburg, WV, a son of the late R.E. and Ora (Lucas) Cawthorne. Donald retired as a lab technician for LaFarge. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by several siblings, and a son, Timothy Cawthorne. Donald is survived by his wife Mary Ann (Coss) Cawthorne; children, Thomas (Michele) Cawthorne of DIllonvale; grandson, Nathan (Amber) Cawthorne of Jacobsburg; step-granddaughter, Krista Holsteine of FL; great-granddaughters, Kamryn, Kaylin, Khloe and Kylie; and sister, Elaine McCoy of TN.
