Donald Lee Kelley, 65, of Rayland, died Sunday March 1st, 2009 at East Ohio Regional Hospital in Martins Ferry. He was born December 21, 1943 in Martins Ferry, the son of the late Lawrence W. and Elizabeth Demi Kelley. Donald was a retired Millwright of Locals 1079 & 1871. He was also a Marine veteran and member of the Dillonvale American Legion McCook post #529. Donald is survived by his wife Beverly of the home; two daughters, Rebecca Barath and her husband Chuck of Tiltonsville, Bethann Brown and her husband Rick of Wheeling; a brother Lawrence F. Kelley and his wife Pat of Glen Robbins; three grandchildren, Erica and Joshua Barath and Ryder Brown; a sister-in-law Sylvia Szabo and her companion Ron of Cleveland; several nieces, nephews, and cousins; and his beloved Bulldog ""Pumpkin"". Visitation will be on Tuesday from 6-8 and Wednesday from 2-4 & 6-8 at Wilson Funeral Home 102 Main St. Tiltonsville, where funeral services will be held on Thursday at 11 am. with Pastor Tom Thomas officiating. Interment with full military services will follow at Holly Memorial Gardens, Pleasant Grove. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Rayland United Methodist Church, Valley Hospice of Rayland, or Hounds Haven of Smithfield.
