Korpon, Donald J., 76 of St. Clairsville, Ohio passed away on January 19th 2012 at home with his family, after over a 20 year courageous battle with cancer. He was born March 9, 1935 in Midway, Ohio a son of the late Andrew P. Korpon and Mary (Cheslock) Korpon. He retired as Senior Vice President of Bank One (formerly Security National Bank) in Wheeling, WV. He is survived by his loving wife of over 50 years, Marjorie "Joan" (Showalter) Korpon of St. Clairsville. One sister Donna Lee (Korpon) Hall, a son Jeff Daubenmeyer and his wife Dawn, a daughter Kim (Daubenmeyer) Cominsky and her husband Dave, and his most beloved granddaughter Claire Morgan Daubenmeyer, also surviving are many nieces, nephews and wonderful "in-laws". Friends will be received at the Wilson Funeral Home 920 National Road Brookside Sunday January 22, 2012 from noon till 3 and 6-8 pm where services will be held on Monday at 11 am with Rev.
