Donald M. Lipperman 91 of Wadsworth, Ohio formerly of Bellaire and Bridgeport passed away SUNDAY OCTOBER 4, 2020 at Medina Hospital Medina, Ohio. He was born August 5, 1929 in Bellaire, a son of the late Marty and Catherine (McNally) Lipperman.
He was retired from Local # 9 bricklayers Union with over 40 years of service. He was also the owner and operator of Don Lipperman and sons Masonry Contractors. He was a veteran of the US Army-Air Corp, and a lifetime member of the Medina Eagles Arie #2224.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by the mother of his children June (Dvorak) Lipperman, a brother Jack Lipperman, and a sister Ellen Stalnaker.
Don is survived by his sons Donald (Margaret) Lipperman of Brookside, Dean (Lynne) Lipperman of Bay Village, OH, and Douglas (Tammy) Lipperman of Myrtle Beach, SC, his siblings: Daniel (Liz) Lipperman of Denton, TX, Marty Lipperman of LaVern , CA, and Colie Lipperman of Cerritos, CA, seven grandchildren: Dustin (Ang) Lipperman, Dillon (Jenae) Lipperman, Emily Lipperman, Sarah (Justin) Greaige, Andrew Lipperman, Justin Lipperman, and Nicole Lipperman, a great granddaughter Audrey Rose Lipperman, several step-children and step-grandchildren, also many beloved nieces and nephews. "He loved his entire family dearly"
Friends will be received at the Wilson Funeral Home 920 National Road Brookside on Thursday October 8, 2020 from 12 noon till time of service at 2 pm with Pastor Nancy DeStefano officiating, interment will be at Holly Memorial Gardens Pleasant Grove. Due to the COVID-19 Virus social distancing is a must and facial masks are required. Full military graveside services will be conducted by the Belmont County Veterans Association. Memorial contributions may be made to the Fisher House Foundation Inc. 12300 Twinbrook Parkway Suite 410 Rockville, MD 20852.
