Donald R. Schenk 83, of Bridgeport, Ohio passed away on June 2, 2016 at the Ohio Valley Medical Center in Wheeling, WV. He was born on August 12, 1932, a son of the late John Schenk and Gladys Schenk Hildreth. Don was a graduate of Bridgeport High School, The Class of 1950, and Morehead State College with a Bachelor's Degree in Education. He was a retired school teacher from Fitzgerald Public Schools in Warren, MI. Don is survived by his brother Edwin Hildreth, of Michigan, and four other brothers. Don was a Veteran of the United States Navy and served in the Korean War. Private services will be held at the convenience of the family. Wilson Funeral Home, 920 National Rd.
