Donna L. (Myers) Kaiser, 86, of Colerain passed away Saturday, August 1, 2026, at Belmont Manor surrounded by her loving family. She was born on July 2, 1940, in Martins Ferry, the daughter of the late Donald and Betty Myers.

Donna retired from Northwood Health System, where she was a Substance Abuse Counselor. She was a member of St. John Lutheran Church in Martins Ferry, a graduate of Martins Ferry High School, Class of 1958. A member of the Colerain Jr. Women’s Club, and a history buff, she did research and interviews and did hand drawings of maps and pictures for the History of Colerain book for the community Bi-Centennial. She was a Girl Scout Leader, and member of the Daughters of the American Revolution. Donna was the foundation of her family, her biggest joy came from time she spent with her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. Donna’s spirit will be remembered fondly by all who knew her and loved her. There was never a time that you got in the car with her that you did not receive a history lesson.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, John Kaiser, in 1982, and sister, Mareth Martini.

Left to cherish her memory are her children, Melissa (Fred) Rossano, Brenda (Ed) Smith and Brian Kaiser, grandchildren, Justin (Carissa) Patterson, Veronica (Trevor) McCue, Zack (Marissa)Novak, Katie (Jared Huber) Novak, Jonathan Rossano, great-grandchildren, Cole, Collin and Michael Patterson, Marina and Maeve Novak, brother, James (Cheryl) Myers and sister, Nancy Myers.

Family and friends will be received on Thursday, August 6, 2026, from 4-7 pm at the Wilson Funeral Home – Heslop Chapel, 415 Walnut St., Martins Ferry, OH 43935. Funeral Service will be on Friday, August 7, 2026, at the funeral home. Burial to follow at Holly Memorial Gardens, Pleasant Grove.

The family would like to thank the caring staff at Belmont Manor and Valley Hospice for the compassionate care they gave to their mother, Donna.
