Doris Ward Kemp, 90, of Barnesville, Ohio died Monday, October 3, 2011. She was born July 3, 1921, daughter of the late Walter Clift and Sarah Henderson Clift of Barnesville, Ohio. Doris was a 1939 graduate from Somerton High School. She was employed at Campus and Barnesville Manufacturing Company and retired from Barnesville Health Care Center. She was a member of East Main Street Church of Christ and Barnesville Senior Citizens Center. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her first husband, Bernard Ward and second husband, Lester Kemp; sister, Edith Morton; an infant sister; and brother, Kenneth Clift of Barnesville. Doris is survived by two sons, Larry (Carolyn) Ward and Robert (Ellen) Ward of Westerville; grandson, Brandon (Margaret) Ward; two great-granddaughters of Chicago; and several nieces and nephews. Family and friends may call Saturday 9 a.m., until the time of service at 11 a.m., Kelly-Kemp-Braido Funeral Home, 702 East Main Street, Barnesville, Ohio, Val Roxby officiating. Interment will follow in Crestview Cemetery, Barnesville, Ohio.
