Dorothy V. Albasin, 96 of Bellaire formerly of Glen Robins, Tiltonsville and Martins Ferry passed away peacefully on Sunday, October 30, 2022, at the Country Club Estates Nursing Home. She was born October 8, 1926, the daughter of the late Joseph B. and Inez H. (Marling) Albasin in Bellaire, OH.

Dorothy was a graduate of Warren Consolidate High School class of 1945, retired nurse's aide for Martins Ferry Hospital and Deaconess Hospital in Cincinnati, OH. She was a member of Vance Memorial Church of Wheeling, Past-President of the Martins Ferry Historical Society, member of the Wheeling Genealogical Society.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her ex-husband Ralph Ragase, brother; Sheldon Crawford, sister; Collen Brehm, great-great-granddaughter Malaya Wagner.

Left to cherish her memory are her sons; Joe (Connie) Ragase of Jacksonville, FL, Dave (Becky) Ragase of Shadyside, grandchildren; Karie (Tom) Banco, Christy (Ken) Kelly, Dan Ragase, Mark (Jill) Ragase, great grandchildren; Justin Wager, Madison and Cameron Davis, Philippa, Truman, Penelope and Quintin Ragase, great-great grandchild; Londyn Wagner.

Family and friends will be received Saturday, November 5, 2022, from 12 till time of service at 2pm at the Wilson Funeral Home, 920 National Rd, Brookside. Rev. Adam Davis officiating. Burial will be at the convenience of the family.
