Dorothy "Bowman" Fowler, 79, of Colerain Pike, Martins Ferry, OH, passed Friday December 30, 2016 at home after a long illness. She was born April 3, 1937 and was a retired employee of Belmont County Housing Authority. Dorothy is survived by her husband Walter R. Fowler, sons: Tim Bowman and Todd Bowman, a daughter Trudy Craig; a brother: John Jendrusik, grandchildren: Justin, Shane, Adam, Hannah, Nika and Brooke. In keeping with Dorothy's wishes, there will be no visitation. Contact the family about an upcoming memorial service at Zion Christian Retreat.
