REGEL, Dorothy M. Serb, 80, of St. Clairsville, Ohio, died Wednesday December 30, 2009 at East Ohio Regional Hospital. Dorothy was born May 31, 1929, a daughter of the late Aldridge and Agnes Majzlik Serb. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Robert F. Regel on November 11, 1983. Dorothy is survived by two sons, Robert Regel and his wife Gale of Bridgeport and Ray Regel and his wife Tammy of St. Clairsville; two sisters: Margaret Shedwell of Bridgeport and Virginia Battistone of Martins Ferry; five grandchildren: Nathan, Natalee, Nolan, Christopher (Lindsey) and Ryan Regel.
