Dorothy R. "Dottie" (Williams) Zigo, 69, of Chestnut St., Bridgeport, OH died Sunday, Dec. 28, 2008 at Wheeling Hospital, Wheeling, WV. She was born Feb. 10, 1939 in Leslie, WV a daughter of the late William R. and Dorothy (Estep) Williams. She was a retired supervisor for the U.S. Mine Enforcement & Safety Administration of St. Clairsville, OH and a member of the First U. Methodist Church of Bridgeport. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a brother William L. Williams. Surviving are her husband George J. Zigo, two sisters Peggy (Thomas) Cusick of Martins Ferry, OH and Nila (Roy) Sees of Vienna, WV, and a brother Thomas L. (Fran) Williams of Vienna. Friends will be received Wednesday 2-8 pm at the Heslop Funeral Home, Walnut at Fifth, Martins Ferry, OH where services will be held Thursday, Jan. 1, 2009 at 10:30 am with Rev. Van D.
