E. Paul Walter, 95, formerly of Martins Ferry, OH died Sunday, July 3, 2016 at Shadyside Care Center, Shadyside, OH. He was born August 3, 1920 in Martins Ferry a son of the late Edward E. and Margaret (Groves) Walter. He was retired from Wheeling Pittsburgh Steel. Paul was a member of the First United Methodist Church and Ohio City Lodge #486 F. & A. M. both of Martins Ferry. He was also a former Drafting Teacher at Belmont College. He was a veteran of the U. S. Navy, WW II. Surviving are his cousin Carl A. Slater of Bellaire and a good friend Robin Steadman of Bellaire, OH. Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
