Earl F. Leach, 97, of Barnesville, Ohio passed away Monday, July 16, 2012 at Barnesville Health Care Center. He was born May 9, 1915 in Barnesville, Ohio, son of the late Fred leach and Birdie Ramsey Leach. Earl was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Leona M. Leach; daughter, Armilda Furney; grandson, Darren Paul Leach; granddaughter, Tynna Harrelson; brothers, Everett and Harry Leach; and sister, Marjorie Buchanan. Earl is survived by his daughter, Monna (David) Merritt; son, Paul (Sandra) Leach; sister, Dorothy Whitsell, all of Barnesville, Ohio; 5 grandchildren; 3 step grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great grandchildren; and several step great-grandchildren. Friends may visit, Thursday 11 a.m. until time of service at 1 p.m., Kelly Kemp Braido & Patron Funeral Home, 702 East Main Street, Barnesville, Ohio. Pastor Bob Merritt officiating. Interment will follow at Hope Cemetery, Hendrysburg, Ohio.
