Earl Zink, 92, of St. Clairsville, OH passed away January 9th, 2017 at home. He was born November 20, 1924, in Brookside, OH a son of the late Lawrence and Hattie Lucas Zink. He was a member of St. Pauls' Evangelical Lutheran Church in Brookside, OH where he served on church council for many years, a retired warehouse clerk for Karr Supply in Wheeling, WV and was a U.S. Army Veteran. In addition to his parents, Earl was preceded in death by his wife, Geraldine "Gerry" McClelland Zink; brothers, Albert and Edward Zink; and sister, Mary Ann Wensyl. He is survived by his sons; Paul (Kim) Zink of Middlebourne, OH, Don (Mary) Zink of St. Clairsville, OH, and Peter (Pam) Zink of St. Clairsville, OH; seven grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and sister Betty Lee Childs of Mansfield, OH. Friends will be received Tuesday, January 17th, from 2-4pm and 6-8pm at Wilson Funeral Home, 920 National Rd. Bridgeport, OH 43912 where funeral services will be held Wednesday, January 18th at 11a.m. with Father John Brandenburg officiating. Interment to follow at Belmont Memorial Park, St. Clairsville, OH.
