EDITH C. VAUGHN, 96, of Brookside, died Monday, May 5, 2008 at Heartland Lansing Care Center. She was born March 30, 1912 in Wheeling, the daughter of the late Paul and Mae (West) Kleeh. Edith was retired from Stone & Thomas in Wheeling and was a member of the Bridgeport Church of God. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband James Vaughn and a son James Dale Vaughn. Edith is survived by her daughter Mary Ann Pasztor and her husband Steve of Brookside; two sisters Paula Clemens and her husband Tom of Wheeling and Lila Mae Depifanio of Detroit, MI; a daughter in-law Margaret Thornton of Lansing; four grandchildren; five great grandchildren and a step great granddaughter. Visitation will be Wednesday 5 - 8 pm at Wilson Funeral Home, 920 National Rd., Brookside, where funeral services will be held Thursday at 10 am with Reverend Thomas Tennant officiating. Interment will follow at Weeks Cemetery, Bridgeport.
