Edith Gertrude Woods 93 of Farmington died Wednesday August 4, 2010 at her home. She was born December 11, 1916 in Farmington, a daughter of the late Douglas and Edythe (Bowman) Yost. She was a retired registered nurse for Ohio Valley Medical Center Wheeling. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Wallace Francis Woods a half-brother Dick Ishmal, and a half-sister Betty McAffee. Surviving are three sons Roger (Wanda) Woods of Columbus, Roland (Shelva) Woods of Farmington, and Doug (Magdalene) Woods of Dillonvale, nine grand and seventeen great grandchildren.
