EDNA ANDERSON, 87, of West Wheeling, went to be with the Lord Thursday, July 17, 2008 at Wheeling Hospital. She was born April 13, 1921 in Buckhannon, WV, the daughter of the late James and Eva (Snyder) Shoulders. Edna was a member of Riverview Bible Church in West Wheeling. She was a member of the former West Wheeling VFD Ladies Auxiliary and was a Bridgeport High School band mother. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband James Burton Anderson in 1989; five brothers Laco, Homer, Roy, Dewey and George Shoulders; four sisters Madge Zatezola, Bessie Bunnell, Verma Moore and an infant sister. Edna is survived by a son Charles Anderson of Lansing; two daughters Myrtle Pasco and her husband Jesse of Hopewell and Linda Anderson of the home; ten grandchildren Misty Kittle; Holly, Charles ""Boo"", Nora and Kristi Anderson; Lorie Mullen; David Blackburn; Jodi Carpenter and Tim and Andy Pasco; 18 great grandchildren Benjamin, Katlyn, Emily, Christian, Briona, LaTasha, Alan-Michael, Justin, Cody, BJ, Alicia, Joseph, Matthew, Kortnie, Nick, Vanessa, Tyler and Devin; several nieces and nephews including a special nephew Jim Bunnell of Rayland; two sisters in-law Lillian Shoulders of Rayland and Carrie Shoulders of Carrollton, OH. Visitation will be Saturday 6-8 pm and Sunday 2-4 and 6-8 pm at Wilson Funeral Home, 920 National Rd., Brookside, where funeral services will be held Monday at 1 pm with Pastor Kevin Rowland officiating.
