Edna Ruth Milligan, 88, of Woodsfield, Ohio passed away on December 5, 2023.  She was born in Henrysburg, Ohio on June 20, 1935 to the late Dorothy Leanna Tracy and Cline Virgil Bean.

Aunt Sis was a homemaker.  She loved spending time with family and friends.  She was an early bird who enjoyed reading books.  She drank coffee on the front porch and always had a Word Search puzzle in her hand.  Edna had the winning card at Bingo and enjoyed watching Westerns.

In addition to her parents, Edna was preceded in death by a sister, Mary Shinall; two nephews, Robert and John Higgins.

Left to cherish her memory are nieces, Lois "Jean" Higgins (Robert Betts), Pam Higgins, Vera Sharp; nephews, James "Pat" (Tanya) Higgins; plus several great nieces and nephews.

Friends and Family are invited to graveside services at 11am on Saturday, December 16, 2023 at the Hope Cemetery in Henrysburg, Ohio.  Wilson Funeral Home, Barnesville Chapel, 702 East Main Street, Barnesville, Ohio 43713 is assisting the family.
