Edna "Shirley" Archer, 87, passed away Friday, October 22, 2021, at Park Health surrounded by her loving family. She was born on November 21, 1933, in Martins Ferry a daughter of the late Ernest and Edna (Hendershot) Hill. Shirley was a member of the 1st Christian Church of Martins Ferry, worked for many years at the Martins Ferry Cable Company, and enjoyed crossword and word search puzzles and spending time with her family and friends.

She is survived by her three daughters, Pam Orzolek, Kim (Ken) Boltz and Karen (Kirk) Roth; a son, Donnie Archer; a brother, Thomas Hill; 13 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

Shirley was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Don Archer in 1997; a brother, Ernie Hill; two sisters, Jean Watson and Betty Henry and a son-in-law, Benny Orzolek.

Services will be at the convenience of the family. Burial will be in Belmont Memorial Park, St. Clairsville. Arrangements entrusted to Wilson Funeral Home, Heslop Chapel, 415 Walnut St., Martins Ferry.
