Edna Hughes Morrison, 99, of Colerain, passed away Saturday, July 30, 2022, in East Ohio Regional Hospital. She was born on December 13, 1922, in Farmington, a daughter of the late Edward and Nellie (Hoar) Hughes.

Edna was a member of the Presbyterian Church of Colerain. She was a 1941 graduate of Martins Ferry High School and a member of the Colerain Senior Citizens.

She is survived by her son, Dennis Morrison (wife, Missi); a granddaughter Sonja Kobrin (husband, David); two grandsons, Jeremiah Morrison, and Casey Morrison (wife, Alonna); two great grandchildren, Joshua Kobrin (wife, Daniela) and Shelby Kobrin; and a great great granddaughter, Viktoria Belle Kobrin.

Edna was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Arthur Morrison; a daughter, Janice Wolitzky; and two sisters, Mary Kasson, and Geneva Macklin.

Arrangements are entrusted to Wilson Funeral Home, 920 National Rd., Brookside. A private burial will be held in Farmington Cemetery.
