Edna Kaminski Lapornik 91, of Wolfhurst died Sunday January 11, 2015 at East Ohio Regional Hospital. She was born November 28, 1923 in Bridgeport, a daughter of the late Alexander and Amelia (Buividowna) Kaminski. She was a retired Library Assistant for the Los Angeles County Library, a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church Wolfhurst the CWC and Parish Choir. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her loving husband Ludwig Lapornik in July 1987, two brothers William, and Frank Kaminski and two sisters Emilia Regan and Ann Faren. Edna is survived by her nieces and nephews Gloria Ridely, Violet Ryan, Diane O'Keefe, Sharon Vaughn, Joyce Erdman, Joseph Regan and Aaron Regan. Friends will be received at the Wilson Funeral Home 920 National Road Brookside on Sunday January 18, 2015 from 1-6 pm. Mass of Christian Burial will recited on Monday at 10 am at St. Joseph Catholic Church Wolfhurst, with Fr. John Mucha as celebrant, interment in Belmont Memorial Park Cemetery St. Clairsville.
