EDNA "BETTY" McLAUGHLIN, 82, of Moundsville, WV, died Tuesday, March 23, 2010 at Reynolds Memorial Hospital in Glendale, WV. She was born February 16, 1928 in Moundsville, the daughter of the late Clarence and Pearl (Rhome) Smith. Also preceding her in death are two sisters, Mary Dennis and Virginia Norris; and two brothers, Allen and Darrell Smith. Betty is survived by her husband of 57 years, William McLaughlin; a son, Barry McLaughlin of Parkersburg, WV; a daughter, Bunni Doyle of Glen Dale. WV; a brother, Eugene Smith of North Carolina; two granddaughters, Amanda Doyle and Samantha Curry and her husband Clint; as well as a great granddaughter, Lauren Shay Curry. In accordance with Betty's wishes, her funeral services are private. Arrangements by Wilson Funeral Home, 920 National Rd., Brookside, Ohio.
