Edward W. Bell II 51, of Martins Ferry passed away Friday October 29, 2021, at OSU Wexner Medical Center Columbus. He was born July 22, 1970, in Martins Ferry a son of Edward and Shirley (Palmer) Bell of Colerain.

He was self employed in lawn maintenance, a veteran of the Gulf War in the US Navy, and a former member of the IBEW #1141 Wheeling. He had a passion for softball, and loved watching his children grow up. He loved his friends and everyone around him.

In addition to his parents Ed is survived by his loving wife Debbie (Crider) Bell, his children Taylor, Kamryn, and Eddie Bell III, his sister Kim (Scott) Black of St. Clairsville.

Friend will be received at the Wilson Funeral Home Heslop Chapel 415 Walnut St. Martins Ferry on Wednesday November 3, 2021, from 2-4 and 6-8 pm, where services will be held on Thursday at 11 am with Scott Black officiating, interment in Holly Memorial Gardens Pleasant Grove.
