Edward E. Watkins, 60, of Belmont, Ohio, passed away Tuesday, March 13, 2018 at Cumberland Pointe Care Center.  He was born in Wheeling, West Virginia on August 18, 1957 to Robert Watkins and Mildred Varner Watkins. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his wife of 40 years, Becky Watkins of Belmont, Ohio; sons, James Scott (Tonia) Watkins of Belmont, Ohio, Edward E. (Michelle) Watkins, Jr. of Harrison, Ohio; and grandchildren, Devon, Samantha, Christian, James, Barbara, Amara, Eddie III, and Austin Scott. A caring and loving husband, father, and grandfather, Edward was loving and kind.  He touched the lives of many, leaving the world a better place.  He will be remembered forever. In honoring the wishes of Edward, there will be no visitation.  The family will gather in celebration of Edward's life at a later date.
