Edward W. Meyers Edward W. Meyers, 50, of Hickory St., Martins Ferry, OH died Sun., Mar. 24, 2002 at home. He was born Mar. 16, 1952 in Wheeling, WV a son of Alberta McHenry Meyers and the late Edward F. Meyers. He was a retired welder with the Martins Ferry plant of Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel and a member of the First Baptist Church, Martins Ferry. In addition to his father he was preceded in death a brother David B. Meyers and a sister Linda Meyers. Surviving in addition to his mother of Martins Ferry are a son Dwayne E. Meyers of Medina, two daughters Belinda L. Meyers of Martins Ferry and Elaine Williams and her husband Emmett of Wheeling, two granddaughters Hailey S. Meyers and Abbagail E. Williams, and a niece Kayla Meyers. Friends will be received at the Heslop Funeral Home, Walnut at Fifth, Martins Ferry, OH Tue. 7-9 PM and Wed. 2-4 & 7-9 PM where services will be held Thur. at 11:00 AM with Rev. Joseph Sanders officiating. Burial follows in Riverview Cemetery, Martins Ferry.
